If you selected native JavaHL connector, please check if binaries are available or install and select pure Java Subversion connector from the plug-in connectors update site.
If connectors already installed then you can change the selected one at: Window->Preferences->Team->SVN->SVN Connector.

해결방법
오류 메시지를 확인해보면, SVN Connector가 없다는 것을 알 수 있다.
Window > Preferences > Version Control(Team) > SVN > SVN Connector
Get Connectors..를 클릭하여 SVN Connector 설치.
SVN Kit를 선택 및 다운로드.
설치가 완료되면 위와 같이 SVN Connector에 값이 입력된다.
